Message from the Owners      As lifelong residents of Decatur County, we have searched for years to find the right combination of rural atmosphere, mature woods and a peaceful lake to build our dream homes. We wanted a place away from the hustle of everyday modern life, with deer, turkey and other wildlife for neighbors.      After two years of developing just the right plan, we are now ready to offer homesites at Cottonwood Lake. You can be assured that Cottonwood Lake will be built and maintained with the highest of standards, because we will be living there ourselves!
